According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for analyzing a heat island effect comprises the steps of: receiving geographical information and meteorological information on a target area; calculating a flow velocity distribution and a sensible heat distribution for the target area based on the geographical information and the meteorological information; calculating a temperature distribution for the target area based on the flow velocity distribution and the sensible heat distribution; and exposing the temperature distribution on a geographic information system (GIS).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
