The present invention relates to a method for providing a public opinion poll based on a blockchain and a system thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a blockchain-based survey method comprises: a first step in which a blockchain-based distributed network composed of a plurality of servers collects first information about at least one user to be surveyed; a second step in which the distributed network distributes and stores the first information; a third step in which the distributed network transmits second information related to the survey to a terminal of a first user authenticated through the first information stored in the distributed network among a plurality of users; a fourth step in which third information determined in correspondence with the second information is encrypted in the terminal and the encrypted third information is transmitted to the distributed network; a fifth step in which the distributed network decrypts the encrypted third information and extracts the third information; and a sixth step in which the distributed network determines the result of the survey by using the extracted third information. The present invention can securely store results by using a blockchain and very simply verify the results.
