The present invention relates to a primer set for multi-real-time detection of bacteria related to oral diseases, comprising two or more primer pairs selected from the group consisting of: a primer pair for detecting Prevotella intermedia, comprising base sequences of SEQ ID NOS: 1 and 2; a primer pair for detecting Porphyromonas gingivalis, comprising base sequences of SEQ ID NOS: 3 and 4; a primer pair for detecting Campylobacter rectus, comprising base sequences of SEQ ID NOS: 5 and 6; a primer pair for detecting Treponema denticola, comprising base sequences of SEQ ID NOS: 7 and 8; a primer pair for detecting Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans, comprising base sequences of SEQ ID NOS: 9 and 10; a primer pair for detecting Fusobacterium nucleatum, comprising base sequences of SEQ ID NOS: 11 and 12; a primer pair for detecting Parvimonas micra, comprising base sequences of SEQ ID NOS: 13 and 14; and a primer pair for detecting Tannerella forsythia, comprising base sequences of SEQ ID NOS: 15 and 16. According to the present invention, species-specific PCR detection is possible.
