The present invention relates to a smartphone app-based sleep monitoring system and a method thereof, and a management device for transmitting and receiving data to and from a smartphone to realize the method and an operating system thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a smartphone deep sleep service app-based sleep monitoring system, a method thereof, and a device for realizing the method, wherein a moral sensor sleep monitoring device for detecting cardiac/respiratory signals, which is attached to a three-dimensional string woven mattress in a bedroom, and a Bluetooth-connected deep sleep management service are used to receive data obtained by sensing a sleep condition and a sleep environment of a user, efficiency data is detected from the sleep data, and the sleep condition and the sleep environment are displayed on a smartphone screen so as to provide a sleep monitoring service, thereby providing a customized health information service. To this end, according to the present invention, the smartphone app-based sleep monitoring system comprises: a flexible type moral sensor module provided to sense, in real time, sleep data of a user who is sleeping, to transmit the sleep data, and to detect cardiac/respiratory signals; a transmitting/receiving unit provided to detect data received by monitoring the same by sensors disposed in the management device to sense a temperature, a humidity level, a noise level, and an illumination level among in-bed sleep environment data and then to transmit the received data to a smartphone app using Bluetooth communication; and a deep sleep management smartphone app provided to analyze the sleep data received from the management device to derive information on heartbeat, breathing, snoring, and motion and to output the information on the smartphone app screen, wherein the user receives service information designated through the smartphone app screen, and then, a treatment service is provided to the management device via Bluetooth.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
