The present invention relates to an emergency call system of an elevator capable of elevator recognition during an emergency call. An objective of the present invention is to provide an emergency call system of an elevator capable of elevator recognition during an emergency call which can recognize accurate information of an elevator requesting an emergency call by a call center when requesting an emergency call by a button operation of an emergency call device from an arbitrary elevator. To achieve the objective, the emergency call system of an elevator capable of elevator recognition during an emergency call comprises: elevator cars storing a unique phone number for each emergency call device arranged therein; an emergency call switchboard arranged in a management office to be linked to a plurality of elevator cars arranged in a clustered building or a building to perform an emergency call; and an integrated elevator management service system which is selectively connected to the emergency call switchboard via a communication network and stores and manages the unique phone number mapped to each emergency call device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
