According to the present invention, provided is a distance detection sensor which comprises: a current voltage converter converting a current corresponding to a detection signal reflected from a target into a voltage; an amplifier amplifying the converted voltage; a comparator comparing an output value with a reference value of the amplifier; a reference value selector selecting one as the reference value among a plurality of reference values; and a time digital converter responding to a reception pulse outputted from the comparator to calculate the time-of-flight (TOF) time. The reference value selector can successively change different reference values individually corresponding to successive reception pulses.
