摘要

A new method for detecting semiconductor laser indicator (3-5 μm) detection distance based on CCD array sensor is put forward in this paper. Primarily, the detection distance equation based on human eyes is deduced, through experiment and MATLAB modelling, the function mathematical model between the two parameters, optical power and gray scale, which are received by CCD array sensor, is also established. Then we obtain the related parameters via straight-line fitting of least square method in Matlab and the theory formula of the low power semiconductor laser pointer detection distance is obtained. Finally, feasibility and accuracy of this method is verified by experiment.
