The present invention relates to an automatic cap cleaning system of a halogen fusing device, which comprises: a cleaning brush rotatably inserted into the inside of a cap used for the halogen fusion device; a driving motor coupled to a rotation center shaft of the brush and rotating the brush; a fastening unit which encloses a rotation shaft of the brush, and in which the cap is inserted on the outer circumferential surface; a work stand in which the plurality of fastening units are provided at regular intervals; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the driving motor. By automating the cleaning of the cap, the working time is shortened to reduce the cost, and the downtime of the halogen welding facility is reduced to improve the productivity.
