The present invention relates to a system for providing a light therapy service based on a smart communication device. The system for providing a light therapy service is configured to perform a light therapy by linking a light therapy device with the smart communication device and an information providing server and comprises the steps of: when a user purchases a light manufacturing clinical code due to a specific disease in the smart communication device, generating a light manufacturing clinical code of the predetermined disease including a wavelength, an intensity, an irradiation time, and an irradiation pattern of a light beam and transmitting to the smart communication device, by the information providing server; and transmitting the received light manufacturing clinical code to the light therapy device or generating a light therapy device control signal depending on the light manufacturing clinical code and transmitting to the light therapy device to operate the light therapy device, by the smart communication device, thereby providing customized treatment depending on various diseases or symptoms.
