The present invention relates to a composition for relieving hangover, which contains Silybum marianum, Curcuma longa, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, and Senna obtusifolia. The composition for relieving hangover of the present invention is remarkably excellent in a decomposition effect of acetaldehyde and ethanol in blood, thereby exhibiting a synergistic effect on relieving hangover. In addition, the composition for improving a liver function of the present invention effectively protects liver cells against liver toxicity induced by ethanol, thereby having a remarkably excellent effect of improving the liver function.
