The present invention relates to a method for producing fruit beer and beer produced thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for maintaining an original fruity taste and savor and producing fruit beer having rich flavor due to less off-flavor, and beer produced thereby, the method comprising the steps of heating and sterilizing fruit juice; mixing nonsterile beer with heat sterilized juice; and heating and sterilizing the mixed solution.
