Disclosed is a printed circuit type heat exchanger having an integrated structure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the printed circuit type heat exchanger has an A fluid channel and a B fluid channel to allow an A fluid and B fluid to exchange heat. The printed circuit type heat exchanger comprises: a first channel plate, a second channel plate, an upper plate, and a lower plate. The first channel plate is laminated with a second channel plate, forms the A fluid channel which is extended in both side directions on one surface, forms an A fluid inlet and A fluid outlet in both end units of the A fluid channel, and is formed in a plane-type structure in which structures corresponding to a B fluid inlet and B fluid outlet are formed in both sides. The second channel plate is laminated with the first channel plate, is extended to both side directions which intersect with the A fluid channel when the B fluid channel is viewed on one side, and is formed in the plane-type structure in which the B fluid inlet and B fluid outlet are integrated in both end units of the B fluid channel. The upper plate is mounted on an upper surface of a channel plate laminated structure on which two or more first channel plates and two or more second channel plates are alternately laminated, and seals an upper surface of the channel plate laminated structure. The lower plate is mounted on a lower surface of the channel plate laminated structure on which two or more first channel plates and two or more second channel plates are alternately laminated, and seals a lower surface of the channel plate laminated structure. The present invention can provide a printed circuit type heat exchanger including a simple structure to simplify a manufacturing process.
