The present invention relates to a method for preparing a healthy nut sausage, which has an advantage of evenly taking nutrients. The healthy nut sausage of the present invention is prepared by adding 5 to 15 parts by weight of nuts such as a walnut, an almond, a peanut, a cashew nut, and a sunflower seed to a sausage ingredient with respect to 100 parts by weight of raw meat.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
