The present invention relates to a stretching bending machine with improved energy efficiency, which can improve energy efficiency by using a plurality of sub-hydraulic pumps capable of separately operating when being operated, and can precisely bend a low strength material such as soft aluminum without deformation by controlling the movement of a clamper. The sub-hydraulic pumps for separately operating a rotating plate, a bending cylinder, a vertical cylinder, a clamper unit, a horizontal cylinder, a core cylinder, and a driving unit are formed on one side of a base. Thus, an operator operates the sub-hydraulic pumps according to required processes to prevent unnecessary power consumption and noise generation. A first balance cylinder and a second balance cylinder are respectively formed on one side of the clamper part. The first balance cylinder controls vertical movement of the clamper part. The second balance cylinder controls transverse movement of the clamper part. Therefore, the stretching bending machine can solve the problem that the clamper part is biased to one side, a low strength material such as soft aluminum is pressurized, and then the material is deformed.
