The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing soybean curd residue powder for producing ice cream and a method for producing ice cream using soybean curd residue powder, the method comprising the steps of washing soybeans and then immersing the same; crushing the immersed soybeans with a grinder; drying and pulverizing the crushed soybeans after filtering with filter cloth; and homogenizing the pulverized soybeans.
