Disclosed is a 3D image photographing apparatus capable of acquiring a clear and sharp 3D image. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the 3D image photographing apparatus including 3D camera and control light lighting comprises: a plurality of IP cameras simultaneously photographing a subject in a different direction in accordance with a control signal to acquire a 2D image; a frame including a plurality of poles installed around the subject by being spaced at a predetermined distance or further, wherein the IP cameras are arranged to the poles, respectively; an upper lighting unit disposed on the upper part of the frame and providing continuous light in a downward direction facing the subject; a lower lighting unit disposed on the lower part of the frame and providing continuous light in an upward direction facing the subject; a 3D image processing unit generating a 3D image based on a plurality of 2D images photographed from the IP cameras; and a control unit controlling the IP cameras, the upper lighting unit, and the lower lighting unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
