The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an anti-loosening shoelace, comprising the steps of: preparing a mold having nano or micro protrusions having an inverse shape; inserting a shoelace into the mold; filling the mold with a thermosetting or ultraviolet curing polymer material; and removing the shoelace from the mold in a direction opposite to a direction of protrusions after curing the thermosetting polymer material for 1-4 hours at 40-80°C or curing the ultraviolet curing polymer material for 10-30 minutes in the light of the wavelength band of 100-400 nm.
