The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube-nanofiber cellulose (NFC) buckypaper, which comprises the steps of: preparing a carbon nanotube dispersion; preparing an NFC dispersion; forming a carbon nanotube-NFC mixed solution by mixing the carbon nanotube dispersion and the NFC dispersion; filtering the carbon nanotube-NFC mixed solution; and forming a carbon nanotube-NFC buckypaper by drying the filtered carbon nanotube-NFC mixed solution. According to the present invention, the carbon nanotube-NFC buckypaper can be easily manufactured by a wet method, can be mass-produced, has excellent reproducibility, can be manufactured at a relatively low cost, and exhibits excellent electrical conductivity, mechanical strength, and flexibility properties by being combined with the NFC having excellent mechanical strength and carbon nanotube having excellent electrical conductivity.
