According to the present invention, the environment control system for a livestock manure treatment facility comprises: an Internet/mobile communication network/low power wide area (LPWA) having a function for connecting the livestock manure treatment facility, a mobile terminal, and a livestock manure environment control server; the livestock manure environment control server; the mobile terminal having a function for monitoring environment measurement information and a control situation of the livestock manure treatment facility from the livestock manure environment control server and inputting a control command; and a facility manager server allowing a facility manager to monitor the corresponding control situation and input a control command.
