The present invention relates to a livestock manure treatment method. The disclosed livestock manure treatment method comprises: a storing step of collecting livestock manure and storing the same in a storage tank; a moisture supply step of supplying water to the storage tank after the storing step so that the moisture content of the livestock manure becomes 70% or more; a pozzolan mixing step of mixing pozzolan volcanic soil with the livestock manure after the moisture supply step; a stirring step of stirring the livestock manure of the storage tank by a stirring device after the pozzolan mixing step; a pulverizing step of minimizing the size of the livestock manure after the stirring step; a manure separating step of extracting moisture from the livestock manure that has passed through the pulverizing step, and separating the livestock manure into livestock feces and livestock urine; a solidifying step of drying and solidifying the separated livestock feces after the manure separating step; and a purification step of purifying the separated livestock urine after the manure separating step. It is possible to produce solidified products that can be used as compost.
