The present invention relates to a system and method for investing and distributing virtual money, capable of making profits by investing virtual money generated by an action of a user. The system for investing and distributing virtual money comprises: a virtual money investment unit in which an investment object is inputted from a member terminal and an amount of investment money to be invested in the investment object is inputted at investment activation time; and an investment profit distribution unit which determines a member account belonging to an investment profit distribution object and investment profit distribution fund at distribution activation time reached after the investment activation time. The investment profit distribution unit determines to distribute some of investment among investment invested in all investment objects to some of member accounts participating in investment, and investment to be distributed is selected based on a difference value of investment value between an investment value of an investment object confirmed at the investment activation time (hereinafter referred to as a first investment value) and an investment value of an investment object confirmed at the distribution activation time (hereinafter referred to as a second investment value).
