The present invention is to early detect a change in inclination of a school student due to a school life and eliminate a cause of the change in inclination of the school student by diagnosing the cause. To this end, provided is a school student management and analysis system. In the student management and analysis system, information on the school student is received from parents of the school student, information on the school life including information on a participation program, in which the school student participates, is received from a teacher of the school, and the information on the school student and the information on the school life are comprehensively analyzed to diagnose a recent inclination change of the school student.
