A pharmaceutical composition for preventing a canine parvovirus disease of the present invention is prepared by a method of preparing the pharmaceutical composition, which comprises cultivating Perilla frutescens var. acuta, Perilla frutescens var. japonica Hara, and indigenous yellow plum in soil which has not been fertilized with herbicides, agricultural chemicals, cow dung, pig dung and chicken droppings at all for 9 years; fermenting harvested Perilla frutescens var. acuta, Perilla frutescens var. japonica Hara, and indigenous yellow plum for 3 years; putting water obtained from 160 meters below ground level, Perilla frutescens var. acuta, Perilla frutescens var. japonica Hara, and indigenous yellow plum into a jar without taking out seeds of the indigenous yellow plum; storing the jar in the shade of a pine tree for three years to obtain a yellow plum fermented liquid and mixing the yellow plum fermented liquid with powder of Perilla frutescens var. acuta and Perilla frutescens var. japonica Hara to obtain a mixture; and putting the mixture into a glass bottle. After returning to farming, the inventor started raising Pungsan Dog since a place where the inventor lived was scary at night due to a lot of wild boars. However, as the number of dogs is increased, the dogs have not eaten dog food, but have begun to die while having bloody stool. Although the inventor buried a dead dog under a tree, the inventors heart was ached since the dogs continued to die. After 10 to 20 dogs have been died, the inventor went to a veterinary hospital and an animal pharmacy to ask a veterinarian a reason for the death of the dogs. The veterinarian told the inventor that the reason was canine parvovirus disease. It is said that a drug for curing the canine parvovirus disease does not exist throughout the world. After feeding puppies having the canine parvovirus disease with a yellow plum fermented liquid obtained by fermenting the relevant raw materials including the indigenous yellow plum for three years without taking out the seeds of the indigenous yellow plum, the puppies were recovered from the canine parvovirus disease. After feeding the bigger dogs with the yellow plum fermented liquid along with the powder of Perilla frutescens var. acuta and Perilla frutescens var. japonica Hara so as to cure bigger dogs, the bigger dogs were also cured. The puppies do not die, but live well when the puppies are inoculated with an inoculation drug. After feeding the puppies with the pharmaceutical composition for preventing the canine parvovirus disease along with anthelmintic, the puppies have been raised well to be chubby although the puppies have not been inoculated with the inoculation drug. The fact that the drug for curing the canine parvovirus disease does not exist throughout the world means that it will be a great help to the national interest to sell the pharmaceutical composition for preventing the canine parvovirus disease to such countries since there are a lot of countries including Japan, the USA, Canada, Germany, Italy and others where dogs are being raised.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
