Novel Virus Like Particle with Dual-Antigenicity Vaccine Composition for Preventing Diseases from Canine Parvovirus and Canine distemper Virus Infection Comprising the Same and Method for Manufacturing Thereof

The present invention relates to a novel virus-like particle having dual antigenicity, a vaccine composition for preventing diseases caused by canine parvovirus and canine distempervirus infection, and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention provides a virus-like particle produced by fusing the P35 protein of the main antigen of the canine parvovirus with the VP2 protein, the main antigen of the dog distemper virus, and a method for producing the virus-like particle, and a method for manufacturing the same. The fusion protein is a virus-like particle having simultaneous antigenicity of two viruses, and thus it can be effectively used for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases caused by various viruses.
