Novel Virus Like Particle with Dual-Antigenicity Vaccine Composition for Preventing Diseases from Canine Parvovirus and Canine distemper Virus Infection Comprising the Same and Method for Manufacturing Thereof

The present invention relates to a novel virus-like particle having dual-antigenicity, a vaccine composition for preventing diseases from canine parvovirus and canine distemper virus infection comprising the same, and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention provides the virus-like particle manufactured by fusing VP2 protein, which is a major antigen of canine parvovirus, and a p35 region of F-protein, which is a major antigen of canine distemper virus, and a method for manufacturing the same. The fusion protein manufactured by the method of the present invention is a virus-like particle having the simultaneous antigenicity of two viruses, and thus can be effectively used for prevention and treatment of infectious diseases caused by various viruses.
