Highly sensitive and multiplexeddetection method of biomarkers

The present invention relates to a method for detecting multiple ultra-high sensitive biomarkers, which comprises: a step a) of attaching one or more kinds of biomarkers contained in a sample obtained from an entity to a surface of a substrate; a step b) of coupling a detecting antibody coupled specific to the biomarker having a docking strand attached thereto to the biomarker in the step a), respectively; a step c) of coupling solely an imager strand having a fluorescent molecule or coupling a donor strand and an acceptor strand together to the docking strand in the step b); and a step d) of detecting florescent signals generated in the step c). The present invention provides a method for detecting multiple biomarkers which removes the pre-coupled imager strand or the donor strand and the acceptor strand and repeats the steps of c) and d) by the number of kinds of biomarkers to be detected by coupling different imager strand or different combinations of donor strand and acceptor strand. Since the method of the present invention can detect various biomarkers from a biological fluid in a minimal amount with a sensitivity 1,000 times higher than existing methods, the present invention solves problems in existing biomarker diagnosis to be useful in an early diagnosis of various diseases including cancer.
