The present invention relates to a bus information providing system and, more specifically, to a bus passenger customized information providing system which provides bus stop information to each passenger so as to minimize a case of missing a bus stop point and transfers location information of the passenger or customized advertisement content of a region, where the passenger gets off, to the passenger who gets off at the right time to increase advertisement or promotion effects so as to significantly increase a frequency of advertisement exposure compared to an existing method. Moreover, the present invention provides an alternative means of transportation to the bus passenger in case of traffic congestion due to a traffic accident or the like so as to allow the passenger to arrive at destinations in time by using other means of transportation.
