According to an embodiment of the present invention, a battery cell which accommodates an electrode and an electrolyte comprises: a hole through which gas generated by a chemical reaction of an electrode and an electrolyte is discharged; and a vent means arranged in the hole, allowing the gas to be discharged and regulating discharge of the electrolyte. The vent means includes non-woven fiber made of complex nano fiber and a frame supporting the non-woven fiber. The non-woven fiber consists of a carbon nano tube and nano fabric using a polymer as a main raw material for supporting the carbon nano tube.
