A quantitative detection method of glucose level based RF patch biosensors in combination with volumetric fixation structures is disclosed. This method is based on a volume-fixed structure and the concept of characterization of an RF patch biosensor in order to timely monitor the individual's state of glucose levels of diabetic patients based on RF frequency variation . Two types of patch biosensors, individually integrated into the back-slot (0.53 μL) and front-tank (0.70 μL) structures, were developed to accurately and efficiently detect the presence of liquid glucose, . Glucose as a test analyte at various concentrations ranging from 25 mg / dL to 1000 mg / dL falls individually into a volumetric structure and effectively interacts with the electromagnetic field of the radio frequency patch to sensitively vary the resonance frequency and magnitude. The measurement of the reflection coefficient, which demonstrates that the proposed two types of patch biosensors are capable of detecting glucose levels, is performed at the probe station, and both biosensors are capable of detecting 1.13 MHz and 1.97 MHz And a short response time of less than 1 second and a low detection limit of 26.54 mg / dL and 15.22 mg / dL, respectively.
