According to the present invention, an exhalation discharge valve for a pressure chamber system, which is an exhalation discharge valve disposed inside a chamber of a high-pressure or low-pressure environment to connect a ventilator to the outside, comprises: a first chamber for communicating with air inside a chamber via at least one through-hole formed on one side wall, and having a bottom surface formed with a flow partition wall vertically moved in accordance with a pressure difference; a second chamber partitioned by the first chamber and the flow partition wall, and formed with an inlet connected to a ventilator to introduce exhalation at one side; a third chamber partitioned by the second chamber and a fixed partition wall, and formed with an outlet connected to the outside of the chamber to discharge the exhalation at one side; and a valve body having a cylindrical shape with an open lower end, having an upper end to penetrate the fixed partition wall to extend to a bottom surface of the third chamber in a state of being coupled to a lower surface of the flow partition wall, and formed with at least one through-hole for communicating the second chamber and internal air at an upper side part. When the flow partition wall is moved upward in accordance with a pressure difference between the first and second chambers, generated by the inflow of the exhalation, a lower surface of the valve body is spaced apart from the bottom surface of the third chamber, and the air of the second chamber passes through the third chamber to be discharged to the outside through the outlet.
