The present invention relates to a method for preparing a coffee mixed extract with enhanced a chlorogenic acid content and a coffee mixed extract prepared thereby. The method comprises: a step (1) of preparing a Hippophae rhamnoides extract by adding water to Hippophae rhamnoides leaf powder and extracting and filtering the same; and a step (2) of steaming and drying Taraxacum platycarpum, rubbing the Taraxacum platycarpum by using a twisting device, drying the Taraxacum platycarpum, adding water to the dried Taraxacum platycarpum to extract the same and filtering the Taraxacum platycarpum to prepare a Taraxacum platycarpum extract; a step (3) of immersing green coffee beans in mixed liquid, in which the Hippophae rhamnoides extract prepared in the step (1), the Taraxacum platycarpum extract prepared in the step (2), a Schisandra chinensis juice, and water are mixed, and germinating the green coffee beans; a step (4) of roasting the coffee beans germinated in the step (3) and grinding the roasted coffee beans to prepare coffee powder; a step (5) of adding water to the coffee powder prepared in the step (4) to prepare a coffee extract; and a step (6) of mixing Espresso concentrate, maltodextrin, sodium bicarbonate and coffee flavor with the coffee extract prepared in the step (5).
