The present invention provides a cosmetic composition for skin moisturization and a liposome composition containing the composition. The cosmetic composition includes polyunsaturated fatty acids and palmitoyl tripeptide-1, and thus can significantly increase the amount of ceramide in intercellular matrix in the stratum corneum, thereby reliably alleviating itching caused by dryness such as atopy.
