The present invention provides a solar power generation apparatus for rural society, which is capable of spraying pesticides onto crops growing on a lower side by folding a foldable solar module. The solar power generation apparatus for rural society comprises: a plurality of foldable solar modules composed of a pair of solar panels with a frame in which a plurality of solar cells are mounted in a plate shape and having the pair of solar panels folded so that the pair of solar cells face each other as adjacent frames are coupled by a hinge; and a support unit including a transverse support on which the foldable solar modules are mounted and a longitudinal support which fixes the transverse support to the ground.
