The present invention relates to a system to realize a return home mode of a drone towards an unmanned ship and a method thereof, which are able to, when the drone receives a return home mode command signal that orders it to return to the specific unmanned ship, receive information from the unmanned ship, to film the unmanned ship, to precisely return the drone to a wireless charging station of the unmanned ship, and to wirelessly charge the drone. According to the present invention, the system to realize a return home mode of the drone towards the unmanned ship comprises: the unmanned ship made to autonomously navigate on the sea, to generate its own position information, and to generate a magnetic field for wirelessly charging at a specific position; and the drone which is able to perform the return home mode, film the sea and the unmanned ship, receive position information from the unmanned ship while performing the return home mode, update the position of the unmanned ship, analyze the video filmed of the unmanned ship, and land on the specific position and be wirelessly charged.
