Accordingly, the present invention can systematically manage the multi-family housing of the landlord as an association group through the manager, the tenant can be easily provided with the articles necessary for residence, and the tenant can be provided with a multi-family housing in the moving area when the tenant moves from the multi-family housing the tenant currently resides in to another area.
