PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively output various documents and provide facilities for a tenant and a manager of collective housing.;SOLUTION: A storage device 40 stores move-in guide data 41, procedures guide data 42, furniture purchase guide data 43, and templates 44, 45. A printer 12 stores printing paper for procedure documents including a move-in paperwork document or furniture purchase application document in a printing sheet tray. A general guide editing means 21 generates print data 47 of a general guide 62 using the data stored in the storage device 40. A tenant information input receiving means 22 displays a data input screen 48 to receive an input of tenant information 60. A selection application receiving means 23 receives a selection of a document to be generated. A document generating means 24 transcribes the tenant information on the selected document and generates output data 51 for the procedure documents including the move-in paperwork document and furniture purchase application document.
