The present invention relates to a spherical multiple liquid crystal having a skin-like membrane containing fermented glycolipids and oil, a method for producing the same and a cosmetic composition using the same. The spherical multiple liquid crystal composition having a skin-like membrane of the present invention is excellent in skin affinity by using oil excellent in skin moisturization and fermented glycolipids having excellent skin affinity and conditioning effects. Furthermore, the present invention has a multi-layered particle that maintains a skin protective membrane at the time of application as well as after cleansing to maintain skin moisturization, and can improve skin barrier restoration ability and high metastability by including ceramide.
