The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting a drone which intrudes into a prohibited airspace, comprising: a high performance TOD camera for photographing the upper space at night; a daytime camera for photographing the upper space in the daytime; an LED floodlight for illuminating the search light at night; and a plurality of TOD cameras for photographing the surrounding 360 degree space, so that a drone which intrudes into a prohibited airspace can be quickly detected even at night or in bad weather.
