The present invention relates to a method for detecting and capturing a drone which has entered a no-fly zone. The method comprises the steps of: collecting and storing ground information necessary for forming a space setting map while moving to the periphery in the greatest proximity range within the no-fly zone; collecting and storing upper spatial information necessary for forming a space setting map by using an information collecting drone equipped with a GPS receiver within the no-fly zone; detecting, in real time, a drone invading from the outside by a multi-TOD surround camera device; transmitting GPS location information of the external invading drone to a capture drone; and allowing the capture drone to capture the invading drone and transporting the invading drone to a safety zone to destroy the same. Even at night or in bad weather, the drone entering the forbidden area can be quickly detected and captured.
