The present invention relates to a polyurethane waterproof floor paint comprising a chain extender composition. In particular, the polyurethane waterproof floor paint comprises a main component, 30-100 parts by weight of a curing agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of the main component, and 1-5 parts by weight of a chain extender composition with respect to 100 parts by weight of the main component. The main component comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a pigment, 50-90 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 30-60 parts by weight of polyol, 1-10 parts by weight of a curing accelerator, and 0.1-10 parts by weight of one or more additives selected from a dispersion, an anti-sagging agent, and an antifoaming agent. The curing agent is obtained by mixing 20-50 parts by weight of isocyanate with respect to 100 parts by weight of polyol and partially polymerizing the same at 80-85C for 2-3 hours. The chain extender composition comprises 0.5-10 parts by weight of one or more components selected from a hardness-regulating catalyst and a curing speed-regulating catalyst with respect to 100 parts by weight of one or more components selected from aldimine, ketimine, and polyaspartic ester (PAE).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
