The present invention is to provide an integrated system for counseling and treating psychological problems of counselees, which does not easily expose personal information of counselees and can provide a one-step counseling and treatment in a mind health relief clinic. A clinic does not expose any personal information of the counselee (office worker) who visits the clinic for psychotherapy to a company where the counselee (office worker) works. The total number of counselees who received the treatment and the resultant total cost for a certain period of time is billed to the company where the counselee (office worker) works, so that the counselee can receive the expense. On the other hand, the company can verify the total number of counselees who received treatment and the total cost thereof for a certain period of time included in the treatment bill of the clinic.
