The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a convenience snack food which is processed to be easy to take ginseng as a healthy snack and to a convenience snack food containing ginseng. The method for manufacturing a convenience snack food comprises: a first step of washing ginseng; a second step of slicing the ginseng in the thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm; a third step of drying the sliced ginseng with hot air at 30-60C for 2-8 hours to produce the dried ginseng; a fourth step of frying the dried ginseng at 130-180C for 5-25 seconds and cooling the dried ginseng to produce ginseng chips; and a fifth step of measuring and packaging the ginseng chips.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
