The present invention relates to a current air pollutant matter emission amount system and a method for calculating the current emission amount using the same for calculating the national air pollutant matter emission amount in recent years to a value close to an actual emission amount through the current national air pollutant matter emission amount. A growth factor is extracted and a current type of classification is classified for each discharge source using the reference year emission amount data, a result of the target year emission amount calculation is current by establishing a methodology for calculating the target year emission amount for each of the classified current type, and accuracy and reliability of air quality forecast such as concentration of fine dusts are capable of being increased by overcoming a parallax of data collection; and can be used as a more accurate reference data for establishing, implementing, and evaluating air environment policies such as comprehensive measures for fine dust management. The present invention comprises an emission source classification part, a reference year emission amount input part, and a growth factor extraction part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
