The present invention relates to bread using makgeolli containing a calamansi fermented extract and a method for producing the same. The calamansi fermented extract according to the present invention has a high total polyphenol and flavonoid content and an excellent antioxidant effect, and makgeolli produced by adding the extract has an advantageous effect and excellent physical functions for ameliorating diabetes.
