The present invention is a reliability test fixture and online test equipment 100 for a flexible display component. The tool includes a pedestal 110 and a rotating shaft 120 rotatably mounted on the pedestal. A latch groove 122 for securing the flexible display component is provided in the axial direction on the surface of the rotating shaft 120. The test module 130 used to detect electrical parameters of the internal circuitry of the flexible display component is disposed inside the rotating shaft 120. The test module 130 has a test contact 132 electrically connected to the flexible display component. During the test, the flexible display component is secured in the latch groove 122 and electrically connected to the test contact 130. In this manner, each time the rotating shaft 120 bends the flexible display component, and the test module 130 can timely detect the electrical parameters of the internal circuitry of the bent flexible display component.
