The present invention relates to a device for reducing scattering fine dust, for a road using outflow underground water and rainwater. According to the present invention, the device for reducing scattering fine dust includes a water storage tank storing the outflow underground water; a curb installed between a road and a sidewalk and dividing the road and the sidewalk; a support unit installed by being erected on the road and supporting a streetlamp or a traffic light; a first water spray unit spraying water toward the road by being installed on the curb; and a second water spray unit spraying the water in the upper part of the road by being installed in the support unit. The device for reducing scattering fine dust normally sprays the water toward a road surface by the curb and sprays the water in a mist spray method in the upper part of the road using the streetlamp or the traffic light. The device for reducing scattering fine dust can efficiently reduce scattering fine dust generated from an impermeable layer surface of the road and, also, can recycle the rainwater and the outflow underground water as a reducing unit for the scattering fine dust.
