The present invention relates to a heat exchange system and an integrated indoor environment management method using the same, which can perform a series of modes for analyzing, monitoring, and responding to indoor abnormal symptoms based on an air pollution level during heat exchange of indoor air and outdoor air. Accordingly, integral management of indoor environment can be rapidly and accurately performed by controlling ventilation output in accordance with an indoor air pollution level, detecting a pollution level of a heating element, performing self-cleaning of the heating element, and ventilating poisonous gas in case of fire. Moreover, information provided by a user using a terminal can be reflected on operation control to promote optimization of the indoor environment.
