PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a total enthalpy heat exchange element having excellent humidity exchange efficiency.;SOLUTION: The total enthalpy heat exchange element 10 includes partition plates 1 and spacing plates 2 for holding spaces between the partition plates 1, and the partition plates 1 and the spacing plates are bonded to each other by a water borne pressure sensitive adhesive 3.
