Filter cartridge comprises a filter loading unit comprising first and second opposite ends of a stream with a load located therebetween, a clamping seal configuration having an outer peripheral surface and first and second opposite clamping seal surfaces which engage the housing. Outer peripheral surface has a first protrusion / recess profile element on it, comprising a first recess element in said outer peripheral surface. Second of the opposite clamping sealing surfaces engaging the housing is a profiled sealing surface with at least one housing engaging protrusion / recess element thereon. Housing engaging protrusion / recess element comprises a protruding section located on the section of the configuration of the clamping seal in a position coaxial with the first protrusion / recess profile element in the outer peripheral surface. Air cleaner assembly comprises a housing having a first housing section and a second housing section, filter cartridge, located inside the housing with a housing-engaging sealing surface pressed to the compression sealing surface on the base section of the pressure flange on the inspection cover. First section of the housing comprises a section of the inspection cover, having a pressure flange thereon. Second section of the housing comprises a base section having a compression sealing surface thereon. Pressure flange is located on the part of the viewing cover section, which protrudes at least 50 mm to the base section when the filter cartridge is sealed in the working position.
