Method for obtaining instant food from peas is proposed, in which successively inspection, washing, hydration for 8–10 hours, freezing until the temperature at the center of a pea seed is from -20 °C to -25 °C and convective drying until the content of the mass fraction of moisture 8–11 % in the finished product.
